RECORDING INFORMATION
William "Willie" Kapell was one of the most brilliant young talents to have emerged from the post-war period in the United States of America. Tragically killed in a plane crash before he had established himself worldwide, this compilation plays to Kapell's strengths as a young virtuoso pianist, including Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 and Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini.

Over 157 minutes of music on two CDs for the price of one.
